We all have grown up watching movies where the hero is always someone who will, if not, start the movie, but will definitely be starring six-packs. This led to a series of debate, not said out loud, but whether or not it is important to have a healthy body. Well, it depends on the person, if you want to have a healthy body, no one can stop you. With more muscles comes more responsibility. So if you are really up for it, then we are here to help. Here, we are going to tell you some food that will help you in improving your body building capacity by eating, so eat away:
Humpty Dumpty: Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall; Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. Even though it doesn’t say that Humpty Dumpty was an egg, let’s assume it was. The first ingredient to have a healthy diet is an egg. An egg a day, keeps the skinny body away. Paired with oatmeal, egg becomes a missile for proteins that the body most definitely needs.

But apart from chicken, a mean slice of the red meat can help you pack your body with proteins that veggies find it hard to provide. So in a race of proteins between veggies and meat, meat always wins.

There’s a healthy kind of fat and the unhealthy kind, the people who rigorously work out, tend to be low on fat and hence suffer with enhancing their body physique. But fish, such as salmon can provide the right type of fat in the body to process and build.
Chicken breast: Just like how water is the basis of good health, similarly chicken has been the basis of all good muscle builders. The high protein and ultra-low fat chicken can help you attract your ‘chick-en’ a few days.
